Partner with KEYPLUS

Build smart access and AIoT opportunities with a cooperation model designed around your market, customer relationship and delivery capability. KEYPLUS works with distributors, system integrators, technology providers, contractors and solution partners.

Partnership begins with a clear role

A successful partnership defines who develops the opportunity, who designs the solution, who supplies products, who integrates software, who installs and commissions the system, and who supports the customer after delivery.

There is no universal partner package. Territory, product scope, technical responsibility, commercial terms, training, documentation and support should match the market and the capabilities of both parties.

Choose the cooperation path

Distribution partners

Develop product categories and customer relationships in a defined market, with agreed selection, quotation, ordering, training and local support responsibilities.

System integrators

Combine KEYPLUS products and platform capabilities with building, security, property or business systems. Integration and acceptance are defined by version, interface and workflow.

Technology partners

Connect complementary devices, software, platforms or AI services around evaluated use cases and governed interfaces.

Project and service partners

Support surveys, installation, commissioning, training, maintenance or after-sales work under agreed technical and customer responsibilities.

Custom and brand partners

Evaluate hardware, firmware, industrial design, packaging, private-label and software needs against feasibility, quantity, ownership, certification and schedule.

What KEYPLUS brings

Product and system scope: Smart access, connected hardware, AIoT systems and scenario-based solution planning.
Technical collaboration: Product selection, feasibility review, interface evaluation and sample or pilot support.
Manufacturing foundation: Production, quality, customization and documentation capability for agreed products.
Platform direction: Governed analytics, selected AI capabilities, deployment options and open integration.
Commercial coordination: Project or channel discussion aligned to the confirmed market and cooperation scope.

What we need from a partner

Share your company profile, target market, customer types, sales and technical coverage, relevant project experience, local installation or support capability, desired products or systems, and proposed cooperation role.

Where a partner will design, install or support a solution, the evaluation should also cover engineering competence, documentation practice, cybersecurity awareness, applicable licensing and ability to manage customer acceptance.

From introduction to active cooperation

  1. Introduce the market and role

  2. select the initial opportunity or product scope

  3. confirm commercial and technical responsibilities

  4. evaluate samples, interfaces or a pilot

  5. agree documentation, training and support

  6. review results before wider expansion.

Starting with a defined opportunity makes it easier to test how the cooperation works in practice.

Protect the customer relationship

Opportunity ownership, confidential information, technical materials, pricing, branding, local support and customer communication should be handled through the applicable agreement. Public partner claims, compatibility statements and territory rights require explicit confirmation.

Partnership questions

Is exclusivity automatic?

No. Territory or exclusivity depends on a separate commercial agreement, capability, plan and performance expectations.

Can partners integrate third-party products?

Potential integrations are evaluated by product, version, interface, workflow and responsibility. No universal compatibility is implied.

Is training available?

Product, system or project training can be planned according to the cooperation scope and participant roles.
