Remote Access Through the TUYA Ecosystem

The M11 supports TUYA app management so authorized administrators can manage permissions, generate dynamic passcodes and review entry activity remotely. This is useful for distributed properties where staff cannot be present for every guest, contractor or employee arrival.

App-generated passcodes can reduce physical key handoffs and create a cleaner process for temporary access. Property teams can update access when occupancy changes instead of replacing cylinders or collecting keys.

Five Ways to Unlock

Different users have different needs, so the M11 supports fingerprint, PIN code, IC or NFC card, mobile app and mechanical key access. Fingerprint recognition offers fast everyday entry, while cards and codes support users who do not want to enroll biometrics. The physical key remains a practical fallback for emergency procedures.

Capacity for Shared Buildings

The M11 can accommodate up to 100 fingerprint profiles and up to 300 combined passwords and IC cards. The app can also generate additional passcodes for temporary use. This scale suits multi-tenant buildings, office teams and hospitality operations that need to manage frequent credential changes.

Materials and Environmental Protection

The aluminum construction provides structural strength, corrosion resistance and a durable finish for repeated daily use. Customizable IP65 waterproofing is available for projects involving exterior-facing doors or more demanding environmental exposure.

The M11 is designed for doors approximately 35 to 55 mm thick, with customization options for special architectural requirements. Four AA batteries provide a widely available power source, and a battery indicator helps maintenance teams plan replacements.

Emergency Readiness

A Micro-USB emergency power port allows facility staff to power the lock temporarily with a standard power bank. Combined with the mechanical key override and built-in security alarms, this provides a clear response path for low-battery conditions and abnormal access attempts.
