Connected Systems for Intelligent Space Operations
Select the physical and interaction systems required by the property, then connect them around real operating responsibilities. KEYPLUS brings hardware, interfaces, operating rules and platform context into one project plan so customers can understand what each system does, how systems work together and how the result will be verified.
Understand the system from four perspectives
- Application: The spaces, users and operating responsibilities the system supports.
- Components: The field devices, controllers, gateways, terminals and software interfaces required for the function.
- Integrated capability: The information or approved actions the system can contribute to a wider workflow.
- Operational value: The improvement to awareness, response, maintenance, experience or resource management that the project will test.
Seven system domains

Video Security
Plan cameras, recording, edge analytics and event integration. Connect video security with access and operational context through KEYPLUS.

Access & Identity
Connect locks, readers, controllers and identity workflows. Plan door, visitor and floor permissions with KEYPLUS access control systems.

Parking
Coordinate vehicle recognition, authorized entry and parking events. Plan barriers, detection devices and platform integration with KEYPLUS.

Energy
Connect meters, collectors and approved controls for building energy management. Link utility data to spaces, schedules and platform reporting.

Sensors & Control
Connect environmental, presence, safety-related and equipment sensors with governed monitoring, event response and approved building controls.

Alarm & Events
Connect supported access, video, sensor and device alarms to a structured response. Plan event sources, routing and review with KEYPLUS.

User Interfaces
Connect guests, occupants, operators and managers to appropriate AIoT interfaces, smart terminals and role-based experiences.
Build the system as a dependable chain
The result depends on more than a device specification. The project must connect the field condition to a usable signal, transport it reliably, apply the correct system logic, present it to the authorized user and verify any approved action. Power, network, installation environment, time synchronization, permissions and failure behavior all affect that chain.
What KEYPLUS integration adds
Integration can associate an event with the relevant location, device, operating rule and responsible team. A door exception may lead to authorized video review; a room condition may become a facilities task; an energy deviation may be considered beside available operating context. Exact data and control scope is confirmed by product, version and project.
Add intelligence inside the appropriate system
Each system page explains its relevant rules, analytics or AI: visual detection, access exception insight, vehicle-recognition review, energy analysis, device-health patterns, event prioritization and role-aware assistance. The AIoT Platform section covers shared intelligence, governance, architecture, deployment and integration across systems.
Retain, connect or replace
Survey installed equipment before specifying new hardware. Retain devices that meet the required function, connect products with usable and tested interfaces, and replace components that cannot satisfy the operating or acceptance requirements. A shared protocol name does not prove complete interoperability.
System architecture questions
Are all seven systems required?
No. Select the domains needed for the priority workflow and preserve an integration path for later phases.
Is every device manufactured by KEYPLUS?
Supported sourcing and model lists are defined in the proposal and may include selected ecosystem devices.
How is interoperability confirmed?
Test the required data, commands, acknowledgements, timing and failure behavior with the intended products and versions.
