Overview

Heavy-Duty 6068 Smart Lock Mortise Built for Ultimate Security & Precision

KEYPLUS 6068 Standard Commercial Smart Lock Mortise

The KEYPLUS 6068 is a commercial-grade smart lock mortise engineered from heavy-duty SUS304 stainless steel components, featuring a 60mm backset, 68mm hole distance, and an anti-card reversible latch. Built to withstand over 300,000 mechanical operations and 96-hour salt-spray corrosion tests, it serves as the rock-solid mechanical foundation for electronic door locks, high-end residential entrances, hotels, and security door systems.

Pain Points & Challenge

Overcoming Mechanical Resistance and Physical Security Loopholes

Jammed Latches & High Motor Friction: Rough internal transmission gears create excessive mechanical resistance, overloading smart lock drive motors and rapidly draining batteries. KEYPLUS features precision-stamped internal linkages and high-elasticity return springs that lower operating drag below 1.8 N·m, prolonging motor clutch life and battery runtimes.
Violent Sawing, Prying & Environmental Rust: Low-grade zinc alloy mortises fracture under kick-in force, while damp climates freeze internal lock mechanisms. KEYPLUS integrates solid SUS304 deadbolts resisting over 3,000 N of side pressure, paired with a 96-hour salt-spray corrosion-resistant housing for decade-long reliability.

Key Capabilities & Benefits

Precision-Forged SUS304 Stainless Steel Deadbolts

Feature: Solid SUS304 triple-throw anti-theft deadbolts reinforced with internal hardened anti-saw protection pins.
Advantage: Exceptional resistance to hacksawing, power drilling, and high-energy destructive pry forces exceeding 3,000 N.
Benefit: Delivers compliance with strict national and international security standards, safeguarding high-asset properties against forced entry.

Ultra-Smooth Low-Friction Latch Mechanism

Feature: Curved anti-friction latch paired with high-durability carbon steel torsion springs.
Advantage: Drastically reduces latching friction and closing resistance, ensuring silent, smooth closure and quick return action.
Benefit: Prevents motor stall and clutch burnout in automatic and semi-automatic smart locks, eliminating costly post-installation maintenance visits.

Reversible Latch with Anti-Card Defense

Feature: Tool-free reversible latch design integrated with an auxiliary anti-pick security trigger pin.
Advantage: When the door closes, the auxiliary deadlocking pin depresses to deadlock the main latch against credit cards or plastic shim picking tools. Reversing direction takes seconds without disassembling the chassis.
Benefit: Doubles entrance security across apartments and commercial spaces while slashing distributor inventory stocking requirements by 50%.
